Please be advised that our GP surgery secretaries do not have direct, expedited access to hospital systems. This means they cannot:
- Chase referrals
- Cancel hospital appointments
- Request additional information from hospitals or other services
To ensure timely action on any of these matters, please contact the hospital directly or log into your NHS app.
Any requests made through our surgery regarding hospital appointments or information will not be processed.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
