The following specialist clinics are offered at the surgery.
Clinics are held at regular intervals where our patients who have diabetes, cardiovascular disease, asthma or COPD are managed by our team of doctors and nurses.
We provide a full family planning service. All doctors and nurses offer family planning advice during normal clinics and surgeries.
We work with community midwives, and the teams of specialists at Harrogate District Hospital, the Leeds Hospitals and York District Hospital to provide maternity care. An Antenatal clinic is held at the surgery once a week.
Our practice nurses offer a wide range of vacs and imms to prevent disease. They also offer some travel vaccines (please see travel information link at the right hand side menu for further details).
Please call between 12pm and 2.00pm to enquire about your test results as our reception staff will have more time to deal with your request between these times.
Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.
It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if you are advised to do so.
